I have CS. 1.3, I didn't buy it, we buy them hacked lol, how can I play online?

I have counter strike 1.3 and I want to play it online, I played cs 1.8 but I didn't like it very much, and when I try to play 1.3 online, I get no server, why?? it request for ( I don't what , something like west bla bla), but I never got any servers
how can I fix the problem??

I do not think you can play online. i also have a hacked cs 1.3 and i cant play online :( maybe someone has like a patch or something.
 
It Is Either The Servers Are Being Updated Or You Didn't Buy It So It Is Not Steam For Further Help Go To www.counter-strike.net/.
If You Have Not Bought It I Have No Idea How To Get Steam Im Sorry.
So Just Buy It Because It Is Only About $20 So Yeah.
