I have no idea how to set a "sound" as a "ringtone" on my MotoRizr Z6tv!!?

I really need help!
I cant figure out how to set a sound as a ringtone in this phone.
I have a sound in my ringtones but I dont know how I got it there!
I dont have a memory card and honestly dont want to go out and buy one.
I just need help on figuring out how to get a real sound as a ringtone either from my sounds or from my voice recordings.
Please.
