I have question about the sound system in a 1995 Chevrolet 2 door Tahoe?

i changed out my rear deck speakers in my car and they sounded much better, when i changed out the head unit they sounded alot better. pioneer is a good brand, keep the pioneer stereo. get new speakers


1995 Chevrolet Tahoe Sport Utility
with 2 doors
Aftermarket Stereo Installed

Front speakers
Front Door: 6-1/2" factory
Far rear speakers
Rear Roof: 4x10"

id also recommend pioneer speakers.

4x10 is a little harder to find but i believe there's an adapter to change sizes of speakers to something more common such as a 4 x6

I just bought it and it has a Pioneer stereo that is aftermarket but the speakers in the car are factory. I want a better sounding system. Do i need to replace the stereo and the speakers or just the speakers. Any suggestions. FYI, I am 41 and I listen to country music.

Replace the speakers first, & see if that does it. If not, then upgrade the head later. Check out .. CrutchField.com . . for the size of your factory speakers.
