220 pounds also had a c-section? 10 months ago. i cant afford a personal trainer but im looking to loose serious weight....in like 5 months cuz i am gettin depressed looking at myself everyday. is their anyone who can tell me what to do loose alot of weight i am willing to do anything....
 
If youre willing to do anything, be prepared to test that offer.

Run on the treadmill, and lift weights on alternating days. Dont be a sissy and go for the low weights that feel like nothing, because thats what youll get out of the work out... nothing.

If you want to lose weight, eat correctly, no more snack cakes, chips, soda, fried anything, and leave that gym DRENCHED in sweat.
