This morning I came to the realization that I may be getting too much sleep. I went to bed at 9:45 last night and awoke (without alarm clock) at 6:00 a.m. I got up and let the dog out then went back to my bed, because it was not time for me to be up. I laid there awake for at least 30 minutes. Eventually fell back asleep and when my alarm went off couldn't not get up. Kept hitting snooze and was late for work. Is it possible that was too mch sleep. Should I have gotten up when my body naturally woke up?
