The lug patterns for the two are different so the rims wont be able to swap between the two. The easiest way to check bolt pattern is to look at a wheel fitment guide to see if the lug patterns match up. The S10 uses a 5 on 4.75 with the Neon uses a 5 on 4.00.
Five lug universal rims are designed to fit most all 5 lug bolt patterns, the key is the placement of the washer. They will fit most 5 lug vehicles, except GM 5 lug with a 5 inch bolt pattern. Hope this helps. Christopher
