I have some very little dots, or pimples around my eyes?

I have some very little dots, or pimples around my eyes, only in the lower part, they ar not red, they are kind of a light yellow, to light pink, they are very visible if you are close enough, they are very close to each other and are abundant, they are little.
And by the way, I have extremely open poruses, how can I close them? Ive tried using cold water, It doesnt work. Help!!
