I have the divx web player plugin installed, but it says I still need the plugin.?

I've tried reinstalling it four times, restarting firefox, downloading the newest version of firefox, and restarting my computer. When I look in Tools --> Add-ons --> Plugins, it doesn't show up on the list. What can I do?
 
First : is one tutorial how to install divx web player, follow it in this site : www.virtualtricks.net and you will repair your problem!
