i have to wear four rubber bands with my braces (2 on each side)..?

I have an overbite and the ortho is trying to push my front top teeth back. I wear 2 types of lenghts of rubber bands on each side of my mouth. What if I wore only the shortest bands for all the 4 areas that I need to apply the bands? Will it work faster?

i had braces a few years ago, and LOATHED those rubber bands-let's just say that i never wore them as much as i should've.

i also had an overbite, and the day before i went to the dentist, i'd double (or triple!) up my rubber bands so that they were really pulling.

when i'd go to the ortho, they'd never know-i got my braces off on schedule, and now i have a beautiful smile :)

probably not the BEST thing to do, but it definitely works
