I too have Trend Micro Internet Security.
The Windows firewall is not the issue in mine...
The Trend Micro firewall keeps shutting down for no reason.
The updates are current and up until the other day, there was no problem.
I have run antispyware and malware removal tools yet nothing has fixed
the problem.
I can manually start the Trend Firewall but then a few minutes later, it just
shuts down again.
