I have vista running on a HD that is filling up, how can I solve the space issue.?

I have another HD (Drive D) installed that has 80 GB of free space, can I use this one? Also as a side note: I do not have extra movable files on the computer to free up space and I have ran 'disk cleanup' but still lack space. This problem was due to the XP to vista upgrade.
