...please help.? i have road runner. speed test are 12-15 mbps and i can't get downloads above 100kbs even though i have 3,000-4000 peers in seeds and leechers. wtf? please help.
it also depends upon the peers' speed who u're getting file from.. so only way i can think of is... either refresh your transfer by stopping and starting again or restart the whole application.
or try doing the same thing at different time of the day.
