I just bought a bird, is that normal? lol?

I just bought a bird from someone yesterday, and this bird keeps wanting to get out of his cage! he keeps biting sooooo hard on the medal trying to break it and get out lol, when i let him out he jumps out and jumps on me, and climbs on my shirt all the way up to my neck and starts playing with my ear and tickling me! so when i put him back in the cage and leave he starts yelling until i come back, this morning i put him in the room on the bed and went in the living room, he jumped off the bed and found me and climbed on me and started tickling me again, i really like him, but is that normal or should i be worried
 
You shouldn't really worry about anything.
He's just trying to play (:
He also likes you, he is yelling because he wants attention from you..

My bird did the same thing! I think they just get attached to one person really fast.. it was so instant for me as well. Hope this helps! Do not be worried!
 
my Parakeet use to do that. id keep the top off her cage and she'd fly down stairs to find me. and she would climb up my arm to behind my ear and bite my earrings and hide in my hair. i think its sweet
