...skipping in my SUVs stereo? and also on the new microsytem.I have no trouble with Store bought CDs but If I rip one of my CDs and copy it to a blank I get skipping.I now have about 25 coasters but they were verbatims on sale for $14.99 for 25 so I'm not that down about it.
Any idea what's causing the skipping , I'm using a Macbook Pro amd using Express Burn , and/or Burn to burn my files
The worst part is is when I burn them to MP3 format , not a hitch , also the song title shows up on my home and car stereo.Since most people would need a recording engineering degree to notice the difference between mp3 and wav. i'm tempted to use individual album burn in mp3 format , but i hate leaving all that space on a CD

btw i have a 16g ipod touch and it works perfect in the machine
maybe it's sonys way of telling me if you want flawless sound with no problems , BUY the CD......;0)
