I just bought the dogs of war map pack for snoopy flying ace on xbox game

marketplace but it wont work!!? i got the map pack from a different account as it was the one with microsoft points. when i get on my main account (the one with snoopy flying ace) and play the game, it will not let me play, but instead prompt me to buy it. So i switched accounts and the only thing i can do is download it again and it will not let me use it. can anyone make it work? i feel bad loosing a dollar . also is there some super secret way to transfer points to another account?
