I just downloaded XviD Codec Version 1.2.2 and it's not working..?

I downloaded it from from www.Xvid.org like mainly suggested (I did the research) and I'm trying to watch movies on the website http://www.watch-movies.net.in and I'm trying to watch a movie and it still says

You should install the XviD codec to watch MPEG-4 movies!
93% of our members have XviD installed
total downloads 2,914,430 last week 5,068

And down below there is a link to Download Graboid Video to Watch (Free)...

Can someone help me out here, please?
