...it but it is only audio. Help? Well I want video and audio of course, is there some way I can get it with the download? Or what did I do wrong or didn't do or should do?
 
You probably don't have the right codec for it. You have two options:

Go to https://videolan.org/vlc/ and download VLC media player, it's got most of the main codecs
Go to http://www.cccp-project.net/ and download the Combined Community Codec Pack, which will install codecs on your computer without you having to use a new video player.
