I just inhaled helium to make my baby brother laugh, I don't feel too great,

any ideas anyone? I know that helium can be dangerous,
I inhaled like 1/3 of a number balloon, not all at the same time though, some sort of breath, helium, talk, helium talk.
Now I feel as if I'm making myself breathe. I'm slightly light headed. Ideas anyone

Please don't give me really stupid answers like, "you shouldn't have" and things like that because I already have.

Well, your lung cannot use helium - only oxygen to breath. You already got some good answers. If a deepdiver breath his compressed air it will contain a mixture of oxygen and helium but never only helium. Get some fresh air - if it is no industrial gas you should become well soon - otherwise you call a doctor and ask him.
