does he need to? run 300 yard sprints?

if Shanahan is trying to prove a point...and this guy has a gripper and dies...Snyders is getting sued by the family and your DEF is going to suck WORSE!
 
He's not running 300 yard sprints. He runs 12 shuttles of 25 yards, which equals 300 yards. He has to that twice, under 70 seconds the 1st time then I think 76 seconds the 2nd time. He KNEW that he would have to do these by missing OTA's. Every player in the NFL has to do something similar, so it's not like Shanahan is doing something wrong. Blame Haynesworth for not going out their just because he doesn't like the defense.
 
I doubt this guy will die of a heart attack just because he is running 300 yard sprints. Anyway, I'm just happy that Coach Shanahan can put this fat, complaining, overpaid pain back in his place.
 
This is why you do not pay a D lineman that kind of money,he's not Reggie White by any means
