i want to loose a bit of weight before my holiday which is at the beginning of july "/
i'd like a dieting routine which fits around my daily schedules which are.
weekdays - up at 7, breakfast, washetc, out the door for 8:10 (no spare time), school, home at 3:45, coursework, lounge, dad home at 5, watch his tv, mum home, laptop, bed. - this practically happens everyday weekday on school days.
- and on weekends, whatever
my main problems are lack of excerise, bordem eating (snacking on junk), and late nights (insomnia).
i have '10 minute solution - dance off fat fast' workout DVD if that helps? lol.
i really just need someone to design me a dieting and fitness routine, for me to get into, work on and hopefully achieve weight loss.
P.S. i no you might think because i'm still at school i don't need to loose weight, but i really do :L
