Ok so I am fourteen and I am not so happy with my body and eating habits. I do lots of exercise. I usually go for a 1-3 hr surf once or twice on the weekends and during the week i go to boxing for 1 hr once or twice a week and go to the gym for weights etc. two or three times a week for around 45 minutes- 1 hr. Then I also take my dog for the occasional walk and I am currently doing AFL at school. The problem is, I can't stop myself eating bad food. Does anyone have some good techniques that would make me less hungry, etc.?
