I need a good healthy eating technique!?

Ok so I am fourteen and I am not so happy with my body and eating habits. I do lots of exercise. I usually go for a 1-3 hr surf once or twice on the weekends and during the week i go to boxing for 1 hr once or twice a week and go to the gym for weights etc. two or three times a week for around 45 minutes- 1 hr. Then I also take my dog for the occasional walk and I am currently doing AFL at school. The problem is, I can't stop myself eating bad food. Does anyone have some good techniques that would make me less hungry, etc.?
 
you're super active, and that's making you hungry.

Try preparing your own food at home, like a turkey sandwich, real turkey meat and wheat bread with some lettuce and tomatoes. its easy to make and they are fresh. This would enable you to save some money instead of buying fast food. then bring your own snacks like an apple or some other fruit. If you do this for a week you would notice that your body would look for these healthy food then your body won't be happy with processed and unhealthy foods anymore.
 
It Looks Like Your Doing Quite Well On Your Excercising.you Might Be Doing A Little Too Much. Your Not Done Growing Yet. Let Your Body Take Its Course. Don't Worry About What You Eat. At Your Age It Burns Off Fast. If It Makes You Feel Better Though Just Replace Junk Food With Some Fruit. Ease Up On The Cokes. Simple Stuff. Just Don't Worry About Your Body At A Young Age.
