I need a healthy diet and workout routine!!!?

Four days a was on a diet where i eat 2 bananas. Today was the fifth, and i gave in and ate rice and chicken, to hamburgers without the bread, 4 bags of chips, and 4 minie twinkies. It was great. I don't regret giving up because it wasn't a healthy diet and i wasn't thinking right. I wanted to lose 40 pounds, but now i just want to be healthy. I need a healthy diet so anyfoods that you can recommened would be great and any basic exersizes. Im 5 foot 2 in and i weigh 140, i dont look fat but i'm pretty thick. I'm a bit chubbyish but its noy that bad.
Note: I can't get a hold of acai berry.
