My current one is just one region, and the battery life is terrible!! Sarah Jane Adventures episodes are 25 minutes each and my player can do about 3 episodes. 
I'm having troublefinding a good player but you might be able to find one with little bother?? Ma specifictionz:
Cheap (under £50) because I'm 15 and not super-rich
Multi-region, because I want to get the Pokemon boxset but it's only in region 1.
Battery life over 2 hours.
Other than that it's fine.
