my computer wont let me dowload anything because of my online protection with rogers and i want to take it off. I have important things to download and when i do i get a popup saying i need a password witch no one in my family ever new there was one. I've tried everything and when i try to remove it, i cant unless i have that password. Now i want to know if there is a password for it or something i can do to it so i can get it off...plz help!!
P.S i would call rogers but im usually on the phone for more than an hr waiting..
