i need help i dont know what limewire to download that will allow me to drag...

...songs onto itunes? i just got a new computer. & itunes works & everything. i just dont know what limewire to download but everytime i download a different/older version of limewire, it makes downloads the newest one 5.5.10 & that version doesnt allow me to drag songs i downloaded onto my ipod. & it's really annoying! please help & answer thanks !
