I need help planning a euro trip?

i want to go me and my friend with our wives for a euro trip from italy,france,germany,spain , how much budget is enough for the trip
apart of the air tickets , we will be traveling from dubai.and we will have 23 days holiday , average hotel prices 70 - 100 euros .

Please can you help people!
btw ,we are thinking to travel on October
 
Why do you people spend all that money and you are so CHEAP that you can't BUY A GUIDE BOOK? It's a whole lot better BUYING A GUIDE BOOK than asking here on Answers where 98 percent of the people have never been more than a few hundred miles from where they were born.
