I need inspiration ..help?

Ok , so I DESPERATELY want to lose weight .. and I am trying my very best . The thing is I am badly addicted to candies and I always can't control myself frombuying them earlyin the morning and they are giving me pimples too ( which I never had before )
So for the whole day , I barely eat ( pls don't say eat 5-6 small meals a day , That just made me more fatter -_- ) And then when I am coming back from school , there is a bakery on the way which has DELICIOUS chocolatyy cakes YUM and usually I cant control myself from buying that too -_-
And then at night , I am so hungry that I eat a very huge dinner as if though I am the skinniest person on planet and don't give a damn about my weight .. WHAT can I do to really get motivated ? What should I keep reminding of myself ( besides I am on a diet ) to control myself from eating , esp. when my stomach is growling .

Oh yea , I was planning to go on a water fast (pls don't say u'll gain all the weight back ,I have read a lot about it and know how to break the fast and maintain that weight but whenever i get up , i have breakfast and say ' oh, i'll do that 2moro .. ' How can i EVER get motivated to go on the water fast or to lose weight ?

Oh I do feel for you ... having the control not to eat things you really like is really difficult :(

Isn't there anything you can replace the candy with? Try fruit (though I have a feeling you're going to say that isn't the same at all).. its not.. your body is looking for a sugar rush, which is why it's craving the candy.. and an apple or orange will give you a little bit of that too so it's worth a try.. ut one at the side of your bed and eat it straight when you get up. It will only take a couple fo days before your body won't be craving the sugar so much.. I know it's really hard though.

Can you not walk another way home? Maybe longer to give you the exercise and avoid the cakes .. arg, youve made me want one now :)
Again, eat some fruit after school before you go home to suppress your need for the sugar.

The other thing is to try and keep at the diet for a week.. see how much you lose, and then pour out sugar to that weight. If you say that you lost 2 pounds in a week, it never sounds much, but if you put a load of sugar in a bowl, it's honestly a lot.. it motivates you to go on.

Good luck with it .. and think of your lovely healthy spotless skin which will clear up really quickly :)
