points best answer!!? So, for biology class, I had to read an article that says that the average American gains one pound each year, or ten pounds per decade during adulthood.

Questions:

As you age, in order to avoid this typical pattern of weight gain, will you need to MAINTAIN or INCREASE your activity level?
