I made 2 hate pages on facebook witch included swearing and stuff. Now what types of charges can she press to sue my parents? And how long does she have to use her right to sue, the police are NOT pressing charges. I had to make an apology page on facebook to her witch has 0 fans and a letter of apology and they are thinking of other restitution, and she does not have facebook she didn't even know about it to the principal told her, and only about 7 parents saw this and complained. And this is in Canada BC
