Okay, so i have been wanting to loose weight forever now, and i went to the diet doctor and got me some diet pills (adipex) and ive been taking them for like 4 or 5 days now and ive only lost 7 pounds. Can anyone tell me how i can loose weight faster? do i need to workout alot while taking these or what can i do to speed the weight loss up.
