i am 5'0 and 170 lbs. i am also 11. i need some ways to lose weight!! i eat properly, i dance 4 times a week, and i need something that can make me lose weight!!!!! i ALWAYS get made fun of in school, i was skinny before, but when i turned 7, i got a bit chunky, and got fatter from there. is there any way, or any ab exercises you can give me? i am only fat in the stomach, and the upper legs. PLZ HELP ME!
