...get my regular eating habits back? I feel like a never eat anymore. I'll have half a slice of pizza, like three individual potato chips, and an ounce of juice then I'll be full. And that's what I'll have eaten for the whole day. I've eaten three chicken nuggets and small roll as my meal for the day and still I am full. I'm 5'6 and weigh 115. I've been eating like this for months now and I haven't lost any weight. My doctor keeps telling me that all my tests show no signs of abnormality and to try to eat breakfast. What's going on here? Can that small amount of food once a day really be enough to keep my body going? Has anyone else experienced this?
