I ordered something off ebay and paid immediately well over a month ago...?

and I still havent received my item, I contacted the seller 2 days ago and still havent had a reply. I don't have long til I can't go to the ebay resolution centre. I've never had to deal with this on ebay before. Should I just use the resolution centre before its too late?
 
Just go to the resolution centre. It's quite possible that something has come up for the seller, but it's in your best interests to just get your money back at this stage :)
