...high speeds when i go to brake. Help!!? I own a 1983 GMC and i noticed just recently that when i am driving (normally at speeds over 35) and when i let off the gas pedal i notice my front end start to shake and rumble, i notice it more at higher speeds when i am braking. :NOTE: this does not happen every time i let off the gas pedal but it does happen pretty frequently

could be warped roters or bad ball joints/tie rods or even just un balanced tires.

It should be either your rotors or you have a upper or lower control arm bushing problem.I would say to take it to a shop and have free check up done on it they don't charge you anything for at least that until you want the shop to fix it.But with my experience at what your problem your saying would be your rotors need to be machined and it just might have a bubble on a tire you have on the front that can cause the same thing. If you have a bubble on the tire it is from the belts separating inside the tire.I don't know what you have had done on this car but in the past but at least take it to a shop for a free check up on it and go from there on what you want done and how.
