Feb 24, 2009 #2 E erinnn New member Feb 24, 2009 3 0 1 I'm assuming it's unplugged when it's frozen. So to fix it, just hold the menu and center buttons down at the same time until the apple logo shows up. Don't worry, it won't reset songs!
