will it work? i'm also concerned about other people said that biking can make calves bigger, is that true? or is there any way to prevent calves from getting bigger or bulkUp on muscle??? H E L P!

You will not get massive muscles from biking. You simply don't have the testosterone for it.

The stationary bike is great cardio, however, which is great for burning calories/fat!

I have a stationary bike, and if you use it everyday, the weight will come off for sure. And don't worry about gaining muscle, it will tone up your legs but won't make then bulky!

Good luck xo

Yes, it will. I have a Stamina exercise bike that I bought from Wal-Mart for $80, I had it some years now. Anyway, I ride it all the time and I'm way thinner than I was before buying it. I ride it for 30 minutes sometimes 45 minutes 3 times a week.

well to keep your body slim and energized you need to walk briskly for 30 minute daily that will get rid of the extra pound around your waist and belly and you will firm your body in one month from the day you start . so just walk around your block and walk as if you are reaching for a meeting this will make you walk fast and you will burn hard best of luck
