D C. Do I need to pay it? I received a picture radar ticket in the mail from a vacation trip to Washington D C. Do I need to pay it, they won't extradite from Arkansas will they? I've looked on internet and looks like due to not signing anything they have to serve me papers within 120 days. I wouldn't think they would pay someone to serve me in Arkansas.
 
You have been served, mail is Alternative Service.

They are unlikely to extradite you now, but the penalities are going to keep adding up, eventually you will owe enough money that it is worth their while.
 
You think wrong what makes you think the Arkansas servers will not serve you and someone from DC has to do it?
 
You're right, but technically if you re-enter DC and are caught, you could be arrested. Not likely, but it has happened.
