I spilled water on my phone and now it isn't working. How can I fix it?

The sticker thing on the back isn't red like its supposed to be when they're is water damage, but it isn't turning on. What is wrong?
 
try taking the battery out and blow dry everything and let it sit for about and hour or two right away! if that doesnt work stick it in a bowl of rice white rice, i washed my phone in the washer and i did both and now it works perfectley fine!
 
take it all apart - take the battery out too. Put it all in a bag of rice for a day or two. It worked with my Blackberry when I dropped it in the toilet :(
 
Take it apart and take out the battery. You need to dry it out. Use a hair dryer on the lowest setting to help it along. Don't get it too hot. This worked for a friend of mine.
