lose weight and gain muscle.? But I notice that my heart was pounding a lot harder lately, especially in bed at night. Every 10-15 fast beats or so it pounds extra hard once.. and I got nervous butterflies feelings all the time (like before a job interview or a first date, etc).
Is it just me or because of the supplement? Should I quit?

Yeah any dietary supplements will make you feel like that.
Just work out and drink lots of protein shakes. (:
So yesss. QUIT. it's the supplement.
I know this for a fact.

STOP TAKING IT! If your symptoms persist, see a doctor right away. They put all kinds of crap in these supplements. The only way to get real testosterone (anabolic steroid, aka methlytestosterone), legally, is from a doctor. It is a controlled substance. If taken incorrectly, and unmonitored, all kinds of problems can occur, starting with the liver - just that should give anyone pause - and going through the adrenals, to all parts of the body, potentially.

Testosterone supplements are normally prescribed to men for hypogonadism (their nads are not making enough testosterone). The over the counter stuff is a waste of money. A good multi vitamin, a balanced diet, and good hydratrion should be enough for your workouts. It takes a while to bulk up. Do not take the easy way. You will regret it. Remember, you have to live in your body, and some of this stuff can make you really ill, and even make your penis shrink.

Be Careful What You Take! Remember, its GNC's job to sell this crap to people. If no one buys it, they go out of business.
