4 days ago I made the dicision to cut out all junk foods from my diet
so for the last four days for breakfast ive been having a bowl of fruit ( Banana , Strawberry) and Cereal , for lunch a Salad with Spinish leaves , Tomato , mushrooms , a little bit of cheese and dressing , and then for supper ive eaten macroni soup , Corn Chowder .. I plan on eating Salad's for lunch , and for supper eatting anything thats healthy.
