I think im losing my Hearing?

After i stopped listening to music at full blast on my ipod for about 3 yrs i suddenly think im starting to not hear things that well. I can hear owls hooting, cars going by, dogs barking, the river whenever i walk over the bridge and when its quiet people talking to me. If i try to listen i can hear my parents talking when there downstairs and im upstairs. So why does it feel like im losing my hearing?? Is it because i reduced the volume of my music from 80 to 30? im really worried about this i shouldnt be going deaf at the age of 19!!

your not going deaf!
your ears are adjusting or you need to listen to your sterio on ful blast again.
 
listening to your music on full blast is a no no. i listen to mine SO low. sometimes i cant even hear it it is so low. but i figure that i would rather not be able to hear it than be deaf like you brudder. its basically to late to reverse the damage although i recommend hearing aids. deff a good investment. doesnt it hurt your ears on full blast? ouchiee baby
