This guy doent have girlfriend he seems strange to me and recently i had sex whith another women and he is busy going by my back telling my roomates bad things about me i dont understand him is he a gay or not.
 
if he is your room mate why cant you sit down and ask him straight out if he is gay because you couldnt fairly assume he was on the basis of this question
 
Not having a current girlfriend and talking about you behind your back has nothing to do with his sexuality. At all.

Is he an immature jerk? Sure sounds like it. Welcome to housemate drama.
Is he gay/straight/bi/whatever? No one else can answer that, other than him.

Oh, and btw - gay is not a noun. A person is not "a gay," or "a [insert whatever orientation here]."
 
Let me just explain something to you: 'Gay' means he is a homosexual, and finds men more sexually attractive than women.

The fact that he is a nasty little gossipy bit ch has nothing whatsoever to do with him being gay, they are completely unrelated.
 
The only way you'll know if he's gay is if he ever gets a boyfriend.
