I am writing a story and I just can't figure out any name for the male...I need some mysterious, classic and old names....like I love Liam and Damian and Ethan...something like that..=P...I don't want long names...just short and good like Ian...:)

http://www.name-meanings.com/ is a great site if you're looking for some good names. You can limit to gender and origin. I use it a lot when I'm writing short stories and want to either sound authentic or just need a cool name.
I also suggest these names: Connor, Aidan, Joseph, Gerarld, David, Lee, Richard, William, Samuel, Bernard, Michael, Otis, and Morris.

I Know they are quite long but they are my favorite four names for guys :)
