im in jamaica now and i am going to new york walmart to buy the motorola backflip. but i dont know if they sell t without the plans because i will be needing to take it back to jamaica with me. so i need to know if they do and how much they sell it for

You can but one unlocked. I have one for sale personally, new, unused, and it has a screen protector, two batteries, two wall chargers, a car charger, and a hard plastic coated in rubber case. You can use it on any carrier that has a sim card, or possibly one that doesn't need a sim card.
