I want to dualboot Mac OS X Snow Leopard with my Win7 (WITHOUT DVD)?

I have a .dmg file for Mac OS X Snow Leopard (torrented), but no access to a DVD burner. I do have an 8GB USB stick. I have HFSExplorer to unpack .dmg files in Windows, but it seems to give errors naming folders and files. Please give me a step-by-step guide to install my Mac OS X (if possible) or give me a link to a guide. Remember: NO DVDs :S

@Fraggle: I DON'T have a Mac, I have a PC with Windows 7!

This is impossible, because you need an access code that comes with the DISC that you BOUGHT. Remember, copyright laws state that using pirated... anything makes you viable to a fine of 100,000 FREAKING DOLLARS. This means that in order to dual boot, you must get some type of emulator for windows. You also need to BUY snow leopard. I was trying to do this the opposite way, installing windows on a mac, but in the end I found that I shouldn't take any chances.
