I want to eat healthier, but also gain weight. What should I eat?

I am female, 22 (almost 23) years old. 5' 4". between 100-105 lbs. In high school I was about 115-118. In college I went through rough times and lost weight. I am trying to gain it back, but I want to stay fit and try to eat healthier (I have the biggest sweet tooth as it is). What do you recommend eating?

And i read some other similar questions and the answers they gave. But for the record, I don't like the taste of wheat bread (prefer white). And I don't have a lot of money to spend.
 
well if you want to gain weight, those protein shakes really work well and they're healthy. just keep eating fruits and veggies of course, and then try to eat rice, whole grain pasta (which doesn't taste bad), healthy cereals, sweet potatos and red potatos are great, too. good luck=)
