I want to loose some weight. seriously i just won't loose any. fitness experts...

...please help!!!!!? I am a 14 year old girl and weigh about 108 lbs and i am about 5 4" i think maybe a little taller. I exercise almost everyday and i do at least an hour of cardio and then i lift weights. i am also a runner so sometimes i run to. I love the way my body looks since i started working out but i have one problem! my stomaccccch!

i do 1000 crunches every other day and i do 250 for lower, 250 for upper, 250 for all abs, 250 for side abs. i also do exercises that work my obliques.

I CANNOT stand this stupid little patch of fat on my stomach that covers my abs that i have worked so hard on for about almost a year now. I really need any advice you can possibly give me to get rid of it! except please don't say diet pills please keep in mind that i am only 14:)

If anyone has any diet recommendations that will help cut down on that fat because right now i eat about 700 calories a day without factoring the excises.
 
you need 1500 minimum and you really cant afford to lose more weight
you may suffer from a disorder such as anorexia so see your doctor and do tons of sit ups to define your belly
 
wow you appear to be at a healthy weight already (if not underweight) but you need to increase your calories intake to help lose weight (or tone muscle)
 
I'm 14 to and all I do Besides work out is I'm this diet where you eat what you normally eat just chew it about 20 times before swollowing it. It fills you up faster and it seams like you ate a ton but really your not and after a while you will begin to lose weight. I'm 5'7 and I esed to be 130 pounds but now I'm 118 in just 5-6 weeks. Plus Gender would Be apart of something I'm a Female and I works faster on me....R you a Male or Female?
 
well first u should eat very healthy second u should eat 6 times a day. for breakfast eat a whole bunch then when your done dont just lay down bc that makes u get fatter do something to keep u moving then get a snack and keep doing something that makes u move after that comes lunch eat medium size
ex) sandwich with veggeis an apple or other fruit something to drink(juice, water, milk)
and that will be your lunch next go for a walk or run or do something that makes u mmove alot grab another snack
then comes dinner in dinner usually all the food u eat for dinner contains lots of fat so try to eat very lil no second no thirds then get ur body moving finally u do exercise and wen u take a shower take it with hot water very hot as hot u can then 5 minutes before u get out change it to cold water and then u lose weight fater if u do that every day also the fat on ur stomach
 
Dont diet at this age your still growing and please eat more they say if you eat less calories than you should you will actually become more fat because your body starts storing the food you eat as fat for later use. I reccemond getting in to a sport such as swimming or jumproping. Ad remember keep your stomach tight and stand tall.
