I want to loose weight/tone and build muscle for my senior trip.?

In the end of April my senior class is going to Disney World for our senior trip. I want to loose weight in my mid section and upper body. I'm fine with my arms and legs but I feel like I'm too over weight. I'm 5'9" and last time i weighed myself I'm 163ish. I was almost 190 at the start of the school year. My question is how would I go about loosing the weight and gaining and toning muscles in my obliques, abs, pecs, and traps? Is from now till the end of April enough time? Also my school only has a few different lifting machines, a treadmill, free weights, and is only open Mon. Wed. Fri..
