I want to smoke...but are there good cigs that aren't so harmful?

A non-harmful cigarette is an oxymoron. But, I've wanted to smoke all my life, and I still do. I just really like the smell. I know nothing about cigarettes though. What's a good type of cigarette that's not going to kill me after a few packs? I guess I'm looking for the least harmful kind of cigarette while still being able to enjoy it (like it doesn't taste totally awful)
