I want to trade my '05 Hyundai Accent in for a new car, how can I be prepared

going to the dealership? It has 71k mi on it, I still owe 7k on it, I believe its only worth 3k because it has some bumper and fender damage from hitting a deer =\ I was looking @ trading it in for an '01 Audi A4 that is listed @ 7K, do you think I can do this? last time I checked my credit rating was 610-620, and if you think I can do it how can I be the most prepared?

2. Severely upsidedown trade
3. $11K loan (7k + 4k) for a $7k car
4. Credit crisis

You're better off keeping it.
